Mission Statement

Convergent Health Network, Inc. promotes preventive healthcare to improve the quality of health and longevity of each individual. We achieve our mission by partnering with physicians and other medical providers, employers and associations to organize and promote a culture of prevention resulting in more great years of health for all.

Our secondary mission is to provide a financial opportunity for individuals, associations, physicians and other medical providers to work part-time or full-time running their own Unicity International Bios Life Slim franchise.  It could be said the Convergent Health Network, Inc. is offering a gift of health and a gift of wealth.
